Mr. Marquez is widely known as one of the Philippines’ leading professional international Latin dancers, performers, and competitors, representing the country at the highest levels of dancesport. Together with his partner, he has served for twelve years as a representative of the Philippine National Dancesport Team, regularly selected for the country’s top international and domestic events, as recognized by the DanceSport Council of the Philippines and recorded in the World DanceSport Federation archives. His career includes multiple Philippine National Latin Championship titles, including winning the Grade A Latin title at the 22nd DanceSports Council of the Philippines National Championships, as well as medal‑winning and finalist placements at elite events such as the SEA Games, the Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games, the WDSF Singapore Open, the Kaunas Open Rising Stars Latin in Lithuania, and the WDSF World Championship Adult Latin in Sibiu, Romania.

In recognition of these achievements, Mr. Marquez and his partner have received some of the Philippines’ most prestigious honors for artists and athletes, including the national Ani ng Dangal (“Harvest of Honors”) award, Special Citations from the Philippine Sportswriters Association, and the Order of Lapu‑Lapu conferred at Malacañang Palace for representing the country with distinction on the international stage.

Under this engagement, Mr. Marquez will appear as a featured lead Latin Dancers at Crown Dance Studio’s in‑studio showcases, social events, and themed performance nights at its Fairfax, Virginia location, and will represent Crown Dance Studio at major regional and national dance competitions across the United States. His presence will enable the studio to stage more ambitious, internationally flavored programs and to offer audiences performances shaped by genuine world‑championship‑level experience.
