3. Intellectual Property
A. Syndicated Content
We display headlines/snippets via RSS feeds under “fair use” (U.S. Copyright Act § 107). Full articles link to original publishers. Report copyright issues to our DMCA Agent at:

B. Guest Posts
By subitting content, you:

Grant us perpetual, worldwide rights to edit, delete, or republish it.
Warrant the content is original and indemnify us against legal claims.
Accept that do-follow links are allowed only in author bios (max 2).
Acknowledge we may remove do-follow links retroactively if they violate search engine guidelines (e.g., casino/porn links).
Agree guest posts will be deleted after 12 months.

4. Sponsored/Paid Content
All paid content must:
✅ Be labeled “Sponsored,” “Ad,” or “Press Release” (FTC compliance).
❌ Avoid false claims (e.g., “World’s #1 News Site” without proof).
🔍 Disclose conflicts (e.g., “Author owns stock in [Company]”).
🚫 No fake news (e.g., false health/stock advice). Violations will be reported to authorities.

5. Termination
We may ban users/IPs without notice for:

Sneaking affiliate/casino links into guest posts.
Filing false DMCA takedowns (we’ll counter-notify under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)).
Publicly disclose banned users (e.g., “Blacklisted for spamming: [Username]”).

6. Disclaimers
We are not liable for:

Accuracy of syndicated RSS content.
Damages from guest post backlinks (e.g., malware, scams).
Comments by third parties (if enabled).
AI-generated content summaries. Always verify facts with original sources.

7. Governing Law
U.S. Users: Disputes governed by California law.
EU Users: Arbitration under GDPR via legal {at} kyrionmedia.com.
India Users: Grievance Officer: Raymond (Raymond {at} kyrionmedia.com). Complaints resolved within 24 hours per India’s IT Rules 2021.

8. Future Changes
If we introduce ads/newsletters, updated Terms will apply. Continued use = acceptance.
