Attorneys Westgate and Halevi come to Welts, White & Fontaine, PC, from the venerable Nashua law firm Winer and Bennett, LLP, which announced that it will permanently close its practice effective March 31, 2026. The firm, located at 402 Amherst Street, Suite 302, Nashua, NH 03063, had proudly served clients throughout New Hampshire for decades.
Attorneys Westgate and Halevi are experienced legal practitioners with deep roots in the Nashua area. Attorney Westgate is one of the most respected real estate and land use lawyers in New Hampshire and has represented clients in all aspects of real estate law for over 45 years. Attorney Halevi focuses her practice on corporate law in addition to real estate and land use. Prior to her 10 years with Winer and Bennett, she worked at a large international law firm in Boston.
